Data Elevates' health work focuses on strengthening how governments, faith-based facility networks, and NGOs collect, manage, and use data to deliver better care. Working alongside ministries of health, implementing partners, and local organizations across sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe, Data Elevates builds the digital infrastructure, analytical tools, and human capacity that make health data useful at every level of the system. In each engagement, we co-design with national stakeholders and train the people who will carry the work forward. Because sustainable health systems are built on data that communities can own.

Digital Health Roadmap and Technology Advisory Services
Client: LifeNet International
Faith-based health facilities deliver essential care to some of the most remote and underserved communities across sub-Saharan Africa, but doing that work at scale requires digital infrastructure that most of these facilities do not yet have.
Data Elevates has served as LifeNet International's strategic technical advisor on digital transformation since late 2025, guiding investment decisions across a faith-based health network spanning seven countries in sub-Saharan Africa as it scales toward 1,000 facilities by 2030. The engagement produced a five-year telehealth and digital roadmap spanning the full technology stack, including hardware and devices, resilient connectivity and power, core software covering EMR and HMIS systems, telemedicine platforms, learning management, and financial data and dashboards, alongside systems integration aligned with HL7 FHIR and DHIS2 interoperability standards and data residency compliance. The roadmap sequences implementation, resourcing, and risk across the network, grounded in rigorous vendor evaluation, structured peer interviews with health systems that have attempted similar deployments, and Data Elevates' proprietary Technology Costing Model, a tool built to stress-test programmatic assumptions and surface the true cost consequences of technology decisions at network scale.

Country Health Information Systems and Data Use
Client: Vital Strategies, USAID
Health ministries in Indonesia and Serbia were working to strengthen how their systems collect, analyze, and act on health data but needed a partner who understood both the technical landscape and the human capacity required to make that work sustainable.
Data Elevates provided senior technical advisory services through USAID's Country Health Information Systems and Data Use program, developing digital skills training materials tailored to the specific analytical needs of each country context and facilitating hands-on workshops that built practical capacity among ministry staff and local partners. In Indonesia, Data Elevates provided direct recommendations to Ministry of Health staff on digital tool development and dashboard design linked to SatuSehat, Indonesia's national One Health platform, one of the most ambitious digital health integration efforts in the region. The work was not about arriving with a finished solution but about building the analytical confidence and technical fluency that ministry teams needed to keep improving their systems on their own terms.

Cambodia Enhancing Quality of Healthcare Activity II
Client: FHI 360, USAID
Cambodia's health system has made significant progress over the past two decades but measuring and improving the quality of that care across seven provinces required data infrastructure and analytical capacity that the system had not yet fully built.
As a core consortium partner of FHI 360 on USAID's Enhancing Quality of Healthcare Activity II, Data Elevates worked directly alongside Cambodia's Ministry of Health and local technology partner Kawsang to assess how health information was being collected, managed, and used at both the national and provincial level. Engagement spanned key national stakeholders including the Department of Planning and Health Information, the Quality Assurance Office, the Quality Improvement Working Group, the Digital Health Department, the MOH Digital Health Steering Committee, and CENAT, the national TB program, as well as provincial-level work in Kampong Cham and Kampong Chhnang. Through a series of Rapid Data Maturity Assessments conducted across these stakeholders,
Data Elevates identified gaps and provided targeted recommendations to MOH leadership on how to close them. That work shaped the co-development of the National Quality Enhancement Monitoring Tool, a nationally owned resource designed to track and improve health service quality across the system. More than 100 MOH officers and local partners received structured capacity building in data visualization, analysis, and the use of new technologies, trained through a Training of Trainers methodology so the knowledge would stay in the system long after the engagement ended.
