Ethics and Integrity

At Data Elevates, we are committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, respect, and accountability in everything we do. We encourage employees, consultants, and program participants to speak up if they experience or witness behavior that does not reflect our values.

WHEN TO REPORT A CONCERN

Anyone who becomes aware of potential misconduct or unethical behavior is encouraged to report it. Examples may include harassment, discrimination, conflicts of interest, misuse of funds, data privacy concerns, or violations of company policy.

HOW TO REPORT

Reports may be submitted through any of the following channels: 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU REPORT

  1. The report is received and reviewed by the Ethics Officer and HR Director.

  2. Concerns are categorized and assessed to determine next steps.

  3.  If necessary, a confidential investigation is conducted by an impartial investigator.

  4. Findings are reviewed and appropriate actions are taken.

  5. The organization follows up to ensure fair resolution and prevent retaliation.

ANNUAL ETHICS TRAINING

All staff and consultants participate in annual ethics training to strengthen our shared understanding of ethical practices, reinforce accountability, and ensure continuous improvement.
